Driven by the passion in Gastronomy

Born in Florianópolis/Brazil, I grew up surrounded by family members who loved cooking and, with this experience, I began to develop a taste for cooking.

 

My career in ​​hospitality and gastronomy began over 15 years ago, when I started working in the field and attending Culinary Arts college in Florianopólis/Brazil.

 

I felt sure this would be my calling and I began to develop my technical skills by working in hospitality and delving into the world of gastronomy in greater and greater depth. 

 

In 2019, I sought to expand the knowledge I had already acquired in Brazil by studying and working professionally in Australia. I remained in the country until mid-2024.

Living this experience for 6 years was very important for me to return to Brazil with comprehensive knowledge and different views of the world, and to exchange knowledge, train teams and advise owners in order to achieve the objectives set for the business. 

 

I carry the generosity of the professionals who taught me and pass it on in the form of personalized consultancy, according to the needs of your business.
