ABOUT
I'm Eduardo Schlichting, international professional chef, undergraduated from UNISUL (Brazil) and APoly (Australia). I have experience in the hospitality industry since 2009, working in gastronomic cities such as Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Florianópolis and Melbourne.
With international professional experience, I worked for 6 years in Australia developing BOH and FOH management resources, as well as expanding culinary knowledge in the country's rich multicultural gastronomic scene.
I have solid experience in Brazilian regional cuisine, Australian, Vietnamese, Thai, French, Italian, Spanish, Greek and Japanese.
Through gastronomic consultancy, my mission is to offer specific solutions to meet the needs of your business, whether it is in the project phase, ongoing or expanding, and reduce possible mistakes.
Consulting can range from assisting in creating your business's concept to monitoring its progress, including menus and recipe development, team formation and training, kitchen design for better workflow, equipment research and suppliers, all according to your business needs.
